Delivery Time & Delivery charge
- Delivery Time : 9am-7pm random
- Sameday Delivery(within 24 hours): we can deliver flowers to major cities within 3houres. Delivery time is from 9am to 7pm random, So if you need to ship within 3 hours, please send an email us. email@example.com
- The flower have to be ordered before 5:00PM Korea time for same day delivery. Please check Korea Japan Local Time(GMT+9)
- Funeral flowers can be delivered early in the morning or even in the middle of the night. please email us
- Gifts basket and wine, Sameday delivery is not available. Please order 2 business days in advance. because Flowers are hand delivery by local florist, but gift are fedexed.
- weekend &holiday flower gift delivery service : Need to get an advance order placement at least 1 day.

- US Army base in Korea, Japan: Flower delivery service to this, we drop the flower at the gate of US Army Camp. We civilians are not allow to go inside of Army base. We need the local phone number
- Internet order : 24 hours a day / 7 days a week
- Delivery charge : A local delivery fee of $13.00 will be added to each order
- During High pick seasons such as Valentine Day, White Day, and Mother's Day, Christmas the delivery time can be changed.
Substitution Policy & Delivery complete notice
- Substitution Policy : Occaionally, substitutions may be necessary to creat your bouquet, We use same glade or up-glade flowers.
- Delivery Confirm : We send to you by e-mail. And You can track order statue in my account.

Return Policy & Substitution Policy
FlowersToKorea and FlowersToTokyo strives to provide the best customer service available. It is our belief that as a real flower shop we understand and appreciate the concerns of Internet shoppers regarding the security and proper fulfillment of their orders. We have established this return/refund policy to provide our customer with a complete understanding of how replacement orders or refunds are processed.
If any customer claims an order was not delivered we ask that we are given at least 24-48 hours to contact the local florist to determine what occurred. In many cases delivery was attempted but either the recipient was not home and/or no neighbors were available to accept the order. We reserve the right to attempt a redelivery if this occurred. If a florist created an arrangement and attempted a delivery then that florist should be given the opportunity to complete the delivery.
FlowersToKorea and FlowersToTokyo will refund any purchases if the local florist fails to provide a resolution to any problems that occur during the preparation and/or delivery of the item. If it is determined that the filling florist did not make the delivery attempt it is our policy to provide you with a refund. We always ask that the filling florist provide an apology arrangement to the recipient if it is determined that the filling florist was at fault regardless of the circumstances.
You need to cancel the order, the cancellation must be made prior to the delivery of the order. If the cancellation is received after the order is delivered then no refund can be issued. Cancellations cannot be accepted if a customer places an order but provides information that prevents direct delivery such as in the case of a bad work or home address or delivery date. The customer can obtain new information so the order can then be properly delivered using correct information. This is to protect the florist who fills the order and then attempts to make a delivery.
The recipient refuse
FlowersToKorea and FlowersToTokyo not responsible for any order where the recipient refuses to accept the item. We will not issue refunds to any customer where the recipient, for whatever reason. Because the flowers arrange can not use flor other person, it will benot fresh. and arrange fee and delivery fee is needed.
