Established in 1967, we are a family-owned florist business that has been passed down through three generations. With decades of experience and tradition, we fully understand the concerns that customers may have when ordering flowers and gifts online from overseas, particularly regarding payment security and the proper fulfillment of their orders. To ensure complete peace of mind, we have established a clear Return and Refund Policy that explains how replacement orders and refunds are handled. We are dedicated to earning and maintaining our customers' trust, and we strive to ensure that every floral gift and message is delivered safely, accurately, and with the care it deserves.

  If a customer claims that an order was not delivered, we ask for 2 business days to investigate the matter with the local florist. In many cases, delivery was attempted but the recipient was unavailable, or no neighbor was available to accept the order on the recipient's behalf. FlowersToKorea and FlowersToTokyo will provide a refund if a problem occurs during the preparation or delivery of an order and the local florist fails to provide a satisfactory resolution. If it is determined that the florist did not make a delivery attempt, we will issue a full refund in accordance with our policy.

For payments made by credit card through PayPal, refunds are usually processed on the same day. Refunds to other credit card providers may take up to one week to appear on the customer's account, depending on the card issuer's processing time.

Cancel Order

Orders can be cancelled only before preparation or delivery has started. Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Cancellation requests may be refused if delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, such as a wrong address, incorrect recipient details, or an unsuitable delivery date. In these cases, we will ask the customer to provide the correct information so delivery can be completed. Because each flower arrangement is specially made for each order and local florists begin work based on the information provided, we cannot accept cancellations once preparation has started. This policy protects the local florist's time, materials, and delivery costs.

The recipient refuse

If the recipient refuses to accept the order, FlowersToKorea and FlowersToTokyo cannot provide a refund. Since each arrangement is custom-made and delivery has already been arranged, the cost of the flowers and delivery service cannot be recovered. Therefore, both the flower cost and delivery charge are non-refundable.

Substitution Policy

Some flowers may be substituted due to seasonal or local availability, especially in small cities and rural areas. If substitutions are needed, we will use flowers of equal or greater value in a similar color and style to preserve the overall appearance and quality of the arrangement.
